Burke Homes is in the process of completing a new project on Transit Road in East Amherst. Burke is excited to make available 4,500 sq feet of commercial space in two mixed-use buildings that will be available for lease.

Each building will have three store fronts, perfect for many business opportunities! Each new buildings will also contain three apartments on the second floor that will be available for rent.

Each of these luxury apartments will be equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den, breakfast bar and a covered patio.
